Feeling overwhelmed navigating life as a neurodivergent adult?
We help you rebuild your confidence, understand your strengths and move forward with clarity.

We aim to ensure you can access and benefit from all our content and services. If you require anything in a different format, please let us know.
Heal Your Confidence CIC exists to help you understand yourself and the world in which you live and work.
We help you recognise that the ways in which your brain differs are natural variations, not personal failings or problems to be fixed. We help you understand how a lifelong need to mask, together with a lack of fit within education, work and wider society, may have shaped the way you see yourself and led you to believe that your differences are wrong, inadequate or unacceptable.
From there, we explore with you how to create lasting, positive and authentic change, grounded in your natural strengths, values and goals.
We are a neurodivergent-led, holistic and strength-based organisation. We do not only understand neurodivergence professionally. We live it too, bringing shared lived experience together with professional knowledge and many years of practical experience.
Our Vision
We envision a world where all neurodivergent children, adolescents and adults feel empowered to fully contribute their talents with complete confidence and fulfill their potential.
Our Mission
Our mission is to offer timely support that equips our clients with insights into their neurodivergence, restores lost confidence, and delivers customised solutions for meaningful and empowered outcomes.
Our Heal Your Confidence CIC Directors
Our team members are neurodivergent too. We combine lived experience with professional knowledge to offer compassionate, practical support grounded in real understanding. Our work helps you make sense of your experiences, protect your wellbeing, and build confidence in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
